Tom joined Exceleron in 2017 bringing with him deep experience in the electronic bill pay industry and information technology business. Prior to Exceleron, Tom was General Manager of HP/EDS’ electronic bill payment business for over 10 years before it was sold to Fiserv in early 2016 where Tom helped integrate the business into Fiserv. Tom’s nearly 20 years of experience with EDS/HP included stints as CFO of the Utilities and E-Solutions business units in addition to COO of the Navy/Marine Corps IT outsourcing contract. His areas of expertise include all aspects of electronic bill payments, business process outsourcing, IT outsourcing and Finance. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from Wright State University and a BBA in Accounting from University of Cincinnati.
