Chase began working for Exceleron in 2007 as a consultant, helping to design and implement Exceleron’s next generation IVR platform. He joined Exceleron full-time in 2009. Chase developed Exceleron’s network infrastructure, MyUsage Payments, and kick-started Exceleron’s data security program. Chase and his team are responsible for ensuring the security and availability of Exceleron applications while maintaining compliance with SOC2 Type 2, PCI-DSS, and other industry standards.
