As CEO and President, Bob is responsible for the vision and strategy of Exceleron. Under his leadership, Exceleron has grown to be the leading prepay and payment service company for North American utilities. Prior to Exceleron, Bob founded and operated two technology solution businesses: TARA Voice Systems, a developer and distributor of interactive voice response (IVR) systems for banks, telecommunications companies, telemarketers and insurance firms, and Go-Comm, Inc., a CLEC reseller of telephone and Internet services. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
